* Pool heating is included in the price from June to August. Heating is available on request and at an additional cost from September to May.


Staff & Services

The price includes a daily cleaning service (2 hours per day, except Sundays).
Final cleaning is compulsory and not included in the price.

The villa is 2 kilometres from the beach, a short distance from local restaurants and cafés, and 4 kilometres from the nearest golf course. The village centre of Carvalhal is within easy reach.
