Room 5
Room. The bedroom has 4 Beds including 2 twin beds 90 cm configurable as a double bed, 2 single beds 90 cm on the mezzanine. Bathroom private, with shower. This bedroom includes also air conditioning, mosquito net, hair dryer.

Please note: some of the beds are on mezzanine levels.


Indoors 

The house is designed around clean architectural lines and warm-toned natural materials. The ceilings are high, and large sliding openings let light flow through the living spaces. The living room and dining room, set one after the other, open onto a fully equipped kitchen.
In addition to the five bathrooms, the house has two separate toilets.


Outdoors 

The interiors extend onto covered terraces and outdoor lounge areas. The pool (7 x 3 m) is surrounded by a wooden deck with sun loungers. A shaded dining area with a barbecue makes it possible to have lunch and dinner outdoors. Covered parking is provided in the same building as the house.
There are three outdoor parking spaces available within the condominium, making it a very secure parking area.

The house is set in a quiet, private location in Carvalhal, near Praia do Pego. The sandy beach is 1.7 kilometres away, as are the restaurants and cafés. The village centre and shops are 3.5 kilometres away. The golf course is 4 kilometres away, and the airport is 125 kilometres away.
