Room 4 - Oscar :
Room, 1st floor. This bedroom has 2 single beds 90 cm. Bathroom private, with shower. WC in the bathroom. This bedroom includes also air conditioning, TV, dressing room.

Room 5 - Achille :
Room, 1st floor. This bedroom has 1 double bed 180 cm. Bathroom private, with shower. WC in the bathroom. This bedroom includes also air conditioning, TV, dressing room.

Note: bedroom 4 can accommodate 2 adults and 2 children. Each of the two single beds has a drawer containing an extra mattress. 


Indoors 

The entrance opens onto light-filled spaces, featuring mineral finishes, natural wood and terracotta-coloured arches. The living room combines two sofas, an armchair and a bookcase in a cosy atmosphere. The open-plan kitchen, which flows into the dining room, is complemented by a utility room with a laundry area to simplify daily life. In the basement, the cinema room offers a dedicated space for film or sports evenings, without disturbing the peace of the bedrooms.


Outdoors 

Set within 5,000 m² of enclosed grounds, the landscaped garden offers unobstructed views of the Luberon hills. The shaded terrace features a table seating 12 guests and an outdoor seating area. The heated swimming pool (13 x 4 m – depth: 1.40 m) is surrounded by six sun loungers with cushions and three parasols. The pool house features a sink, gas plancha, fridge, ice machine, refrigerated wine cellar, a table and sofa seating for 10, and a bar counter with three stools. A pétanque court with boules, an automatic gate and a charging point for electric vehicles complete the facilities.
The parking can accommodate up to 5 cars.


Location

The property is situated in Gordes, an iconic hilltop village in the Luberon, close to the terraces, markets and fine dining establishments. The region’s must-see attractions are all within easy reach: Sénanque Abbey, the ochre cliffs of Roussillon, L’Isle-sur-la-Sorgue, as well as Ménerbes, Bonnieux, Lacoste and Oppède-le-Vieux. Hiking trails, cycle routes and wine routes criss-cross the surrounding area. Combining village life with unspoilt countryside, the location offers Provençal charm and complete tranquillity.
