Indoors
The living room occupies a central position within the villa’s layout. Air-conditioned and facing the ocean, it forms a seamless link between the indoor living areas and the terraces, with no distinct boundary between the two. The audio and video equipment – including a television, Apple TV and Sonos system – is installed here, as it is in all the living areas, allowing music to be played throughout the house.
The kitchen, which is also air-conditioned, is fully equipped for everyday use: a microwave, dishwasher, toaster, blender and a Nespresso coffee machine. A gas plancha is situated near the barbecue, with direct access to the outdoor areas, allowing you to enjoy meals partly outdoors without having to keep going back and forth.
The three bedrooms are all similar in layout. Each is air-conditioned and equipped with a safe, a television, a Sonos system, a mini-fridge and a Nespresso coffee machine. The first two bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed measuring 1.80 x 2 metres, overlook the garden. The third room offers a combined view of the terrace and the garden, with a flexible layout: a queen-size bed or two twin beds of the same dimensions providing a useful option depending on the composition of the groups. Each room has its own en-suite bathroom with a shower.
Outdoors
The 20 x 5 m heated swimming pool stretches out towards the sea horizon. It is flanked by large terraces furnished with sun loungers and an outdoor seating area, offering several separate areas in which to relax or enjoy the view. This orientation towards the Caribbean Sea means that, at the end of the day, you can watch the sunset directly from the villa — a view that also takes in the islands of Saint Martin and Anguilla on a clear day.
Staff & Services
The villa has a dedicated team to take care of its day-to-day upkeep. A cleaner visits regularly, as does a pool maintenance technician responsible for looking after the swimming pool and a gardener in charge of the grounds. These services are provided throughout your stay.

Location
The villa is situated in Petite Saline, on the island of Saint Barthélemy, in a residential area known for its tranquillity and its proximity to several renowned beaches. Saline Beach, the nearest, is a seven-minute walk away; it is notable for its sand and on-site car park, though there are no beachside dining facilities. Saint-Jean Beach, eight minutes away, offers more comprehensive facilities, with a beachside restaurant and car park also available, a handy option for alternating between peace and quiet and a livelier atmosphere depending on the day.
Gustavia, the island’s main town, is about fifteen minutes away, providing convenient access to shops, restaurants and the harbour’s lively atmosphere, whilst the villa itself is not situated in an urban area. A restaurant is just a five-minute walk from the property, and a supermarket is ten minutes away, covering everyday needs without the need for a long journey. Saint-Barthélemy Airport is a ten-minute drive away, making arrivals and departures during your stay straightforward.
