Indoors 

The villa's open, light-filled living spaces are resolutely modern. The main living room (over 70 m²) opens wide to the outside via bay windows. The dining room with pool view, the convivial bar area, the meticulous decoration and the comfort (giant screen TV, air conditioning) create an elegant and welcoming atmosphere. The fully-equipped kitchen is reserved for staff.


Outdoors 

You'll be immediately charmed by the property's exteriors: lush green lawns, flower beds and landscaped areas surround the large swimming pool (3 x 15m - Depth: 1.6m), which can be chaffed (on request and at extra cost). Two pool beds and a shaded pergola invite you to relax, while a rooftop with bar offers a privileged space for admiring the sunsets or organizing a convivial evening. The furnished terraces allow you to take full advantage of the mild Moroccan climate in complete privacy.
The villa's parking lot can accommodate 2 cars.


Staff & Services

The villa benefits from the attentive services of a housekeeper who manages the daily housekeeping (assisted if necessary), and prepares and serves breakfast every morning. An intendant keeps the pool clean and a gardener maintains the grounds.
