Indoors
The house is arranged around ground-floor living rooms that open onto the surrounding gardens, where a grand piano takes pride of place. The furnishings favour natural materials and light tones, in a style close to contemporary Moroccan craftsmanship. The dining area, kept separate, suits both family dinners and more formal receptions, with an adjoining bar.
Outdoors
The estate covers 1.5 hectares of structured gardens, olive groves and orange groves. The swimming pool (6 x 25m – depth: 0.8 to 1.7m) has been oriented to create a continuous perspective between the house and the highest peak of the mountain range. A jacuzzi* seating around twenty people completes this area.
The grounds are divided into several distinct zones: a clearing surrounded by centuries-old olive trees, a white-domed pavilion opening onto a west-facing orange grove, a dining space beneath the olive trees that can host up to eighty guests, and an 1,800 m² esplanade lined with orange trees for larger receptions. A private car park (with capacity for up to 30 vehicles) completes the property.
A helicopter landing pad may be made available on request.
*the jacuzzi can be heated on request, at an additional charge.
Staff & Services
The property benefits from the attentive, professional service of a dedicated team. Part of the staff reside on the estate, in separate accommodation near the main car park.
For your meals, the following catering options are available:
- Breakfast: from €12 per person per meal.
- "À la carte" option: You don’t need to worry about shopping for ingredients – the villa takes care of that:
- Lunch: from €28 per person per meal,
- Dinner: from €35 per person per meal.
- 50% off for children under 10 and free for those under 3.
- "En liberté" option: You pay for the groceries (plus a €30 supplement for the trip). The staff at the house will then do the shopping and cook using the ingredients purchased. On top of this, there is a charge for the cook’s services: €120 per day.
Location
The property is located in the Marrakech palm grove, on Piste Dar Giulia, alongside the Zaraba canal, around twenty-five minutes from the medina. The estate enjoys an open view of the Atlas Mountains, whose snow-capped peaks are visible in winter from several points on the property, notably from the pool and certain suites. The immediate surroundings, planted with olive and orange trees, offer a calm setting on the edge of the city, away from the bustle of the centre while remaining accessible within around thirty minutes by road.
