Welcome to Serafine, a unique private riad nestled in the heart of the peaceful Sidi Mimoun district, just 100 metres from Marrakech's Royal Palace. This 300 m² haven of peace, renovated in 2023, invites you to discover an oasis of tranquillity in the heart of the vibrant Medina. Take advantage of its heated pool and panoramic terrace offering breathtaking 360° views of the Koutoubia, the Atlas and the legendary Mamounia, while savouring moments of relaxation in an enchanting setting. With its four elegant suites, sumptuous indoor and outdoor spaces, and the attentive service provided by its dedicated housekeeper, this residence offers you an exclusive and unforgettable experience.

Indoors 

As soon as you enter the riad, you'll be seduced by the beauty of the central patio, topped by an electric glass roof that bathes the premises in natural light. This heart of the house is adorned with a fountain, creating an atmosphere of tranquillity and harmony. The lounge and dining room, separated by a large accordion-style glass door, provide a warm and elegant communal living space. Equipped with cable TV with international channels and WIFI throughout the house, these spaces are perfect for relaxing and sharing unforgettable moments. 


Outdoors 

The main terrace is the jewel in the house, with several areas designed for comfort and relaxation. The pool (3 x 3m - depth: 0.5 to 1m) is ideal for relaxing. The pool is heated in winter (November to March).
The solarium, equipped with deckchairs, invites you to enjoy Marrakech's mild climate. For alfresco dining, a summer kitchen with a large table lets you savour local delicacies while admiring the sunset.
The terrace, with its lounge, offers a 360° panoramic view of the Koutoubia, the Atlas and the Mamounia.


Staff & Services

To make your stay even more enjoyable, a housekeeper is available every day. 
To make it easier for you to get around outside the riad while staying connected, a WIFI key is available free of charge.

Breakfast is included in the price.

For your other meals, the riad offers :

  • An "à la carte" formula:
    You don't have to worry about the shopping involved in preparing them, the house takes care of it:
    • From 15€ euros per person per meal.
    • From €10 per meal for children under 10.
    • Free for children under 3.

Comentario

The Riad is a beautiful property with every room thoughtfully and stylishly decorated. Each bedroom has its own individual style. The common areas are also lovely, especially the roof terraces and the plunge pool.
The location is good, just over ten mins walk to the main square and also very close to the Kasbah area.
The biggest asset of the riad is the housekeeper and chef Meryam. She is a lovely, welcoming person and couldn’t do enough to help. Her cooking is amazing, we had the most delicious breakfasts every morning and she brought lots of local things for us to try. She cooked for us on two evenings and honestly it was the best food we had in Marrakech. She really made our stay very special.

Excellent Villanovo service, very responsive and really helpful when choosing where to stay in Marrakech and also when there.
No dislikes… would highly recommend.

Nous revenons d'un week end entre filles au Riad, un lieu magnifique, très
propre, décoré avec soin et tout confort où vous vous sentirez bien après avoir arpenté la ville. Situé à côté du palais royal, vous rejoindrez la place principale en moins de 10 minutes à pied.
Nous avons été traitées comme de véritables princesses notamment grâce aux petits soins de la gouvernante : entre ses petits déjeuners, son couscous, sa gentillesse... elle a fini de rendre ce séjour parfait !
Gros plus du Riad : une clé 4G à disposition qui nous a permis d'avoir du réseau tout le week-end, même en sortie !

Un lieu idéal pour un séjour à Marrakech en toute quiétude entre amis ou en famille.
Le Riad, situé dans le quartier Sidi Mimoum, est parfaitement accessible (à environ une dizaine de minutes à pieds de la place Jemaa El Fna).
Le Riad est encore plus beau en réalité que sur les photos. Il a été décoré avec beaucoup de gout. Le roof top avec son salon nous offre une vue panoramique incroyable à 360° sur les montagnes de l'Atlas, la Koutoubia, ,... . Les chambres spacieuses offrent tout le confort nécessaire. Une mention spéciale pour le bassin qui permet de nous détendre après une journée de visites.
Un grand merci à la gouvernante, pour son accueil chaleureux, sa gentillesse et sa disponibilité.
Nous vous recommandons ses petits déjeuners extraordinaires et sa cuisine aux saveurs du Maroc. Un vrai régal !!!
Nous avons également apprécié le petit boitier internet mis à notre disposition par les propriétaires qui nous a permis de ne pas nous perdre dans les souks

Ce riad est fantastique ! C'est spacieux, élégant et encore plus époustouflant que
ce que les photos suggèrent. Idéalement situé dans un quartier sûr et central de Marrakech, il nous a offert tout ce dont nous avions besoin. La gouvernante était une merveilleuse femme de ménage/chef et le propriétaire était toujours disponible pour répondre à nos questions, recommander des excursions et organiser un transport aéroportuaire de premier ordre. Notre séjour n'aurait pas pu être meilleur !
