Indoors 

The interiors harmoniously blend charm and contemporary style. The large living area includes a cosy lounge with a television and a spacious dining room, equipped with a table and a variety of elegant chairs. The open-plan kitchen is very well equipped. A covered terrace outside enhances the pleasure of al fresco dining, with a barbecue for evenings around the grill.
A laundry room with a washing machine and tumble dryer is also available. 


Outdoors 

The garden is designed to be welcoming and secure. The swimming pool (approximately 9 x 4m - depth: 0.8 to 1.8m) has a built-in bench, perfect for relaxing in the water. It can be covered and heated*. Around the pool, comfortable sun loungers and a shaded lounge area await you. A trampoline provides entertainment for children. A second terrace, located behind the kitchen, offers breathtaking views of the hills for outdoor table tennis games.

*The swimming pool can be heated on request and at an additional cost.


Location

Nestled less than a kilometre from Tamariu Beach, the villa enjoys a privileged location close to local shops and services. The beach, with its natural diving platform, promises hours of fun for children. Tamariu offers a variety of delicious restaurants, friendly terraces and water sports such as boat hire, diving and snorkelling. The charming neighbouring towns of Llafranc, Calella de Palafrugell, and Aiguablava, as well as the historic villages of Begur, Pals, and Peratallada, are not to be missed, and a car is recommended for exploring the area.
