Indoors 

The interior living spaces offer an elegant, minimalist design, with a bright living room that connects seamlessly to the sun terrace and dining area. The well-equipped kitchen, adorned with light wood and marble countertops, completes the villa's open, modern layout. An additional lounge area is located downstairs, overlooking the pool terrace, with a cosy corner equipped with a home cinema system and a small gym.


Outdoors 

The exteriors of the villa offer plenty of space to relax and enjoy the panoramic views. From the swimming pool (10x5m) and sun loungers to the comfortable lounge furniture on the upper terrace, outdoor dining area and barbecue, every outdoor corner invites you to relax and enjoy the spectacular scenery.


Staff & Services

The villa includes:

• 5 hours of daily housekeeping, 5 days per week.
• Breakfast/Brunch Chef service available upon request from 23rd May to 5th September, included 5 days per week during this period.

• Should the chef service be requested, a €1,000 cash provision for groceries will be required at the beginning of the stay. All grocery purchases will be documented with receipts, and any unused balance will be returned to guests at the end of their stay.
