Conveniently located near major ski lifts, it is perfect for ski and hiking enthusiasts.

The chalet harmoniously blends rustic charm with modernity. Spanning three levels, it offers a spacious living room with a fireplace, an ideal space for gathering or relaxing. The dining area and open kitchen are fully equipped for entertaining, enhanced by the presence of a wine cellar. A cinema room and gym are also available for your entertainment.


Outdoors 

In summer, the sunlit terrace becomes a must-see space, offering spectacular mountain views. Direct access to the garden, terraces, and outdoor jacuzzi allows guests to enjoy the surrounding nature. The chalet also features a balcony-terrace perfect for outdoor dining and relaxation. Four parking spaces are available on the premises.

Just 10 minutes from the Brévent/Plan Praz and Les Houches lifts, and with easy access to Chamonix via the A40 motorway, the chalet is ideal for exploring the French Alps. Guests can also benefit from the close proximity to Geneva, Lyon, and even Milan airports for international arrivals.

- No es posible organizar eventos en este villa sin el acuerdo de Villanovo de antemano

- Lenguas habladas por el personal doméstico :

- El propietario requiere un depósito por un importe de : 10% del importe del alquiler

- 2º pago 61 Días antes de la llegada : 60 % del total de la reserva.

- Las condiciones de anulación se aplican en referencia a la hora local de la casa

- Anulación a menos de 56 Días antes de la llegada : 75 % del total de la reserva.
- Anulación a menos de 29 Días antes de la llegada : 100 % del total de la reserva.
