From the moment you enter, built-in storage defines the space. The flat then unfolds over 232 m² of spacious, light-filled rooms. The kitchen, fitted with a dishwasher, opens onto the dining room, making the dining table the heart of family life. The living room, with its television and wood-burning fireplace, is the perfect spot for evenings after a day’s skiing. The private sauna allows you to continue relaxing without leaving the flat.
On the practical side, a utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer makes organising a group stay easier, and a ski locker provides storage for equipment. Wi-Fi completes the package.
Outdoors
The balconies cover a total of 35 m² and face west, offering views of the mountain peaks. Two private parking spaces are reserved for the flat.

Location
The Rond-Point des Pistes is a hub for numerous ski runs. Access to the slopes and the ESF is 65 metres away, and both the ESF meeting point and the ‘Piou-Piou’ nursery are just a short walk away. The Méribus stop, 60 metres away, provides a free service to the resort centre. Shops and restaurants are within walking distance.
