Accommodating up to 12 people (8 adults and 4 children) in five suites, this spacious chalet has many advantages: indoor swimming pool, gym, cosy fireplace, private ski room and ski-in access (via offpiste). Just a 5-minute walk from the centre and the slopes, this location offers the best of the mountains for an exceptional stay.


Bedrooms

The master bedroom, with a private balcony and dressing room, is located on the top floor. Three elegant double bedrooms are located on the ground floor. The children's dormitory is located on the lower level.

Room, Ground level. This bedroom has 1 double bed. Bathroom private, with bathtub, 1 washbasin.

Room, Ground level. This bedroom has 1 double bed. Bathroom private, with bathtub, 1 washbasin.

Room 4
Room, Ground level. This bedroom has 1 double bed. Bathroom private.

Children bedroom, Lower floor. This bedroom has 4 single beds. Bathroom private.


Indoors 

The chalet is spread over four floors.
The main area, bathed in light, features a spacious living room with a fireplace and panoramic views of the peaks. The cosy dining room is ideally located next to the fully equipped open-plan kitchen. The décor combines Alpine elegance with contemporary touches. For relaxation, there is a superb heated swimming pool under a wooden roof and a professional gym, perfect after a day on the slopes. A ski room, library corner and TV area complete the ensemble.


Outdoors 

The chalet has several balconies and terraces, designed for enjoying the alpine landscape throughout the day. The private balcony of the master suite overlooks the valley, while the outdoor areas are perfect for sharing moments after skiing.
Private parking and a secure ski room make it easy to organise your stay. Ski-in access via an off-piste run ensures a truly authentic mountain experience.

- La villa debe ser devuelta en el mismo estado que nel check-in. En el caso contrario, un suplemento puede ser facturado al cliente.

- No es posible organizar eventos en este villa sin el acuerdo de Villanovo de antemano

Condiciones de reserva

- Depósito cargado por Villanovo en el momento de la reserva : 40 %
- 2º pago 70 Días antes de la llegada : 60 % del total de la reserva.
- El propietario podrá exigirle las cantidades debidas en moneda local.
- El precio total de la reserva no incluye las consumiciones, comidas y otros servicios solicitados in situ.
- El montante de los pagos en moneda local, puede variar en función de las tasas de cambio apliclables.

Condiciones y gastos de anulación

- Cualquier modificación o anulación debe ser remitida por correo electrónico
- Las condiciones de anulación se aplican en referencia a la hora local de la casa
- El depósito de la reserva no se reembolsará en caso de anulación.
