In summary
At an altitude of 1,570 metres, in the heart of the Savoyard village of Les Brévières, Chalet Kanti opens onto the Tignes–Val d'Isère ski area and its 300 kilometres of pistes. South and south-west facing, it offers open views over the Tignes Les Brévières lake, the Dôme de la Sache and Mont Pourri, with the pistes just a hundred metres away. Sleeping up to 12, the property has an indoor pool with counter-current swimming, an outdoor sauna and a terrace hot tub. Les Brévières, the only hamlet in the Tignes resort to have kept its original character, brings together the essentials — a ski school, equipment hire, shops and restaurants — while remaining connected to the resort's other areas by gondola. A fine base for a stay in the mountains.

Indoors
The house offers 300 sq m of living space and 100 sq m of terraces, set on a 500 sq m plot.
The ground floor arranges the living spaces around a central fireplace: a long sofa faces it, extending into a dining area and a grand piano. The kitchen, open onto this space, leads directly to the panoramic terrace. The layout favours flow between rooms over separation, in a contemporary chalet spirit that keeps to the codes of the mountains — wood, stone, natural materials.
Wellness facilities are central to the chalet experience. An indoor pool with a counter-current swimming system (4 x 3m, 1.6m deep) can be enjoyed year-round. A television lounge with home cinema completes this space.
The chalet also has a ski room, giving direct access to the pistes within minutes, without needing to pass back through the floors above.
Outdoors
Every living space opens onto mountain-facing terraces furnished with sun loungers and wooden furniture — a natural extension of the interior on fine days or during clear winter evenings. The 500 sq m garden, planted with trees and under snow for much of the year, has an outdoor sauna positioned to face the peaks, giving a direct view of the landscape during use.
A heated hot tub, set on the terrace, completes the outdoor space and remains accessible year-round — a way to take in the view over the Dôme de la Sache and Mont Pourri without leaving the property.
Parking is available for 2 cars.
Staff & Services
On arrival, you will be welcomed by the concierge, who will introduce you to the chalet and its facilities.
Several additional services can be arranged: a private chef (subject to a supplement and availability), a ski instructor or a high-mountain guide.
Location
The chalet stands at 1,570 metres, in the heart of Les Brévières — the only village in the Tignes resort to have kept its original architecture and atmosphere. Its stone and timber chalets, its baroque church built in 1727 and its traditional Savoyard restaurants give it the character of a genuine mountain village, set apart from the busier pace of the resort's newer areas.
The hamlet remains well connected to the rest of the resort: a high-speed gondola reaches Tignes 1800, Tignes-Lac and Val Claret within minutes, opening up the whole of the Tignes–Val d'Isère ski area and its 300 kilometres of pistes. In Les Brévières itself, you will find a ski school, an equipment hire service, a grocery-bakery and several restaurants and bars — enough to cover everyday needs without heading down to the valley.
Outside the winter season, the village also serves as a starting point for hiking in Haute-Tarentaise, including the ascent of the Rocher de la Davie, which reaches 3,157 metres.
