Indoors 

Throughout, the interior spaces favour clarity and openness onto the outdoors rather than compartmentalisation, in a contemporary aesthetic consistent with the house's overall architecture.
The main living area occupies a large, light-filled room organised into three zones that flow freely into one another: a comfortable lounge, a dining area sized for group meals, and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen. The floor-to-ceiling windows running along the façade look out over the Mediterranean, making the sea a constant visual reference at any time of day spent indoors.


Outdoors 

The outdoor extension takes the form of several landscaped terraces, arranged to suit the different moments of the day. This variety of outdoor spaces allows their use to be adapted according to the hour and the desired exposure.
There is a swimming pool (14 x 3.5m – Depth: 1.5m), complemented by a pétanque court, along with a wonderful view over the Mediterranean.


Location

The house is set in San Martino di Lota, a commune at the entrance to Cap Corse, north of Bastia. Its position offers a balance between tranquillity and accessibility: the nearest beaches are two minutes away, while Bastia — with its Old Port, shops and lively atmosphere — is reachable within a few minutes' drive.
The surrounding Cap Corse provides fertile ground for short excursions: typical inland villages, coastal footpaths tracing the shoreline, coves accessible on foot or by car, and local markets punctuating daily life in the area. This setting allows guests to alternate between the pleasures of the house itself — pool, terraces, sea view — and outings to the coast or to Bastia, without significant distance constraints in either direction.
