Welcoming you to Villa Albania is an inviting 90m2 lounge area, bathed in light from floor-to-ceiling windows that boast a breath-taking view of the Mediterranean. Its 4.35m high ceilings exude grandeur and openness. A sleek, contemporary dining table sets the scene for convivial meals, all against the backdrop of mesmerising sea views from the panoramic living room overlooking the pool. An open-plan, fully-equipped kitchen, complete with a 30-bottle wine cellar is at your disposal. For wellness and fitness enthusiasts, a dedicated gym with a shower room is ready for use, equipped with a treadmill, elliptical bike, rowing machine and dumbbells.


Outdoors 

Property features include a south-facing garden, sprawling over 2070m2 and offering incredible panoramic views. Strategically placed sunshades allow for light management throughout the day. A striking saltwater infinity pool (15 x 3m - Depth: 1.45m) is at your disposal which is safeguarded by an electric roller shutter, includes a 10m2 submerged beach for children (depth: 0.3m).

The rental of Villa Albania comes with daily cleaning services, final cleaning, and pool heating per season*. Inclusive of a personalised welcome experience, every detail ensures your holiday is a memorable affair. A lift connects the two levels of the villa which can be accessed on-request for an additional fee.


Location

The property’s location serves as a serene haven, offering absolute tranquility while also being in proximity to the island's offerings. Within a 5-minute drive, you can reach the St Cyprien beach, within 10 minutes to the Cabanon Bleu, and 15 minutes to the Pinarello beach. Essential amenities, including shops, are readily accessible, and the property is situated 34 km from Figari airport, 13km from Porto-Vecchio and just 2600m from the nearest beach. Two nearby horse riding centres, the Ranch Villata and the Country Horse, are also just a 5-minute walk away from the villa.


Note : 
- From 01/11 to 15/04, pool heating is not included in the price. If required, it will be subject to a supplement : 
Indeed, if the rental period is one week in March (as an example), the pool water will have to be heated constantly for a minimum of 20 days to raise the temperature from 13 to 28 degrees, and then maintained at this temperature throughout the stay. In this case, the cost could be estimated at €900. If the stay follows a period during which the pool has already been heated, then the cost can be estimated at €400. The pool's heat pump is equipped with a dedicated kwh counter, enabling actual invoicing and/or control of the extra charge if necessary. It is also possible to heat the pool outside the period from April 15th to November 1st.
