The villa's six bedrooms feature high-quality bedding.

Room 1
Room, 1st floor. This bedroom has 2 twin beds 90 cm configurable as a double bed. Bathroom private, with shower. WC in the bathroom. This bedroom includes also air conditioning, balcony.

Room 2
Room, 1st floor. This bedroom has 1 double bed 160 cm. Bathroom private, with shower. WC in the bathroom. This bedroom includes also air conditioning, balcony.

Room 3
Room, 1st floor. This bedroom has 2 twin beds 90 cm configurable as a double bed. Bathroom private, with shower. WC in the bathroom. This bedroom includes also air conditioning.

Room 4
Room, 1st floor. This bedroom has 1 double bed 160 cm. Bathroom private, with shower. WC in the bathroom. This bedroom includes also air conditioning.

Room 5
Room, 1st floor. This bedroom has 1 double bed 180 cm. Bathroom private, with shower. WC in the bathroom. This bedroom includes also air conditioning, office table, safe, dressing room, balcony.

Room 6
Master bedroom, Ground level, direct access to the terrace. This bedroom has 1 double bed 180 cm. , with shower, 1 washbasin. WC in the bathroom. This bedroom includes also air conditioning.

Note: bedroom 6 has access to a large 380m² terrace that connects to the garden.


Indoors 

The house has been awarded a 5* rating by Atout France. The living area opens onto a well-equipped contemporary kitchen, a practical pantry, a cosy dining room with a large solid suar wood table, and a warm and welcoming lounge (with a fireplace, spacious sofas and a high-definition video projector). The whole space is bathed in light and refinement, with natural materials and tasteful décor.


Outdoors 

On the garden side, you can enjoy a heated* infinity pool (12 x 4m - depth: 1.5 to 1.75m) with breathtaking views of the gulf, surrounded by twelve teak sun loungers. A large terrace features an outdoor table, a cosy summer lounge and areas planted with Mediterranean flowers. 3 hectares of land guarantee peace and seclusion for moments of relaxation in complete privacy.
​You’ll be just a 10-minute walk from the beach (via a footpath).
The parking can accommodate 4-5 cars.

*The swimming pool can be heated on request and at an additional cost.

Located in Olmeto Plage, the villa enjoys a peaceful setting, with no neighbours opposite, and magical views of the sea and Corsican scrubland. Not far from Propriano, Sartène, Ajaccio and Bonifacio, it is an ideal base for exploring the most beautiful attractions of Southern Corsica, enjoying the idyllic beaches and sampling the region's authentic charm.
