La villa tiene una pista de tenis a 50 my una piscina infinita climatizada con impresionantes vistas al mar Mediterráneo, perfecta para disfrutar del sol y pasar un rato relajante.

Con 5 dormitorios, 4 baños y múltiples espacios comunes, es la propiedad perfecta para pasar unas fantásticas vacaciones en familia o con amigos.
La propiedad tiene capacidad hasta 12 personas.

La villa está ubicada en la hermosa y residencial área debajo de Eze, en la Riviera francesa entre Niza y Montecarlo.
La casa tiene vistas de 180º al mar Mediterráneo y acantilados costeros.
A solo 6 minutos a pie de la playa.

Notas

Posibilidad de celebrar bodas o eventos especiales hasta 20 personas.
Una cancha de tenis muy agradable y remota rodeada de árboles se encuentra a solo 50 metros de la Villa y está abierta hasta las 10 p.m.

Comentario

This is the second summer we've stayed at the Villa Pamara. It was truly a magical
unforgettable experience for me and my husband, our parents, and our little 4 year old son. This is one of those places where you definitely wish the vacation never ended! The location was idyllic (super easy to get to neighbouring Beaulieu, St. Jean/Cap Ferrat, and Villefrance either by car or bus...or cycling/running) and the weather was perfect.
The owner's attention to detail is second to none, and we couldn't have been better taken care of! This was a very special experience, one that will be etched in our hearts forever. We love the South of France, and we love the magical Villa Pamara!

I have had the wonderful opportunity of visiting the South of France a few times over my life. This time, I went with two girlfriends to plan my wedding. My fiance and I decided to get married in France and were nervous about how to plan a French wedding from the States.
My girlfriends and I decided to stay at the beautiful Villa Pamara. This was the best decision I could have made! I am happy to say that I will now be having my wedding ceremony at the Villa Pamara, it is that beautiful!
With the beautiful view, spacious villa, perfectly placed in every way-- how could I not have my wedding here?! I will be having about 100 guests and will be getting married out on the veranda.
The manager of the Villa Pamara made me even more excited to get married. He offered incredible ideas, put me in contact with florists in the area, and helped me and my girlfriends map out the event from start to finish. He is one of the most genuine, helpful, kind, and at-your-service managers I have ever worked with.
I will ONLY be staying at the Villa Pamara during my trips to the South of France from now on. I would suggest to anyone interested to stay at the Villa Pamara. You will have the most incredible trip and have memories for a lifetime.

Of course the first thing I thought of when I saw the Villa was: OMG – people actually live like this!!
The views are spectacular. The villa is perfectly clean. I have had the good fortune to
travel to several continents, but never saw the water from that vantage point.
The Villa has a perfect layout for a large family or group – both the indoor and outdoor accommodations seem to be designed for comfort.
The patio has all of the benefits of a resort with one extra benefit a resort can’t match – privacy!! No one can see you lounging at the pool or spy on your parties!!
The pictures don’t really capture the size or the quality of what guests are invited to share. I
suspected that few people used the Villa based on how well it is maintained. I was very surprised to hear that it is rented out more than it is not!
While there are many shops and restaurants in the area you almost don’t want to leave the Villa. I also appreciated that there was room to park our rental. Driving in a foreign city where the streets are narrow and unfamiliar becomes even more taxing if you can’t find a place to park! We parked right outside of the Villa each day and never had a problem.

French vocabulary, I appreciate your ability to speak so many languages as you so patiently let me try my hand at French!!
I’m hoping there are some weeks left to pick from next year!
The only negative thing to say is ---- leaving is just not fair. Until next year!!!

First and foremost these are the nicest, most honest and trustworthy people to deal with. It is a bit scary when dealing with the unknown, far from home and spending lots of money. But have no doubts about that whatsoever. These are first class people that have put an incredible amount of time and sweet equity in every detail of their home. The entire villa is immaculately clean, inside and out, from corner to corner. The bedding feel as though brand new. The kitchen is well appointed with anything you could need. Each set of very comfy bedrooms has its own Italien shower and the master bath has a bath, shower and bidet.
The pool area is just beautiful with 180º view on the Mediterranean ocean. When you wake in the morning the view from the master bedroom and the living room are breathtaking. The landscaping is perfect. The photos perfectly depict this lovely home, but don't do the beauty its true justice. When you walk through the front gate you truly are in paradise.
As if all this isn't enough, you are charmed by the property manager. He shows you the workings of the villa and provides valuable local information. He is always available for anything you need.
If you are looking to spoil yourself and indulge in one of those "once in a lifetime" vacations, this is the home for you. And it does feel like home! Thank you!

This is luxury living in a gorgeous location. Each bedroom is spacious, where the beds are
comfortable, with top of the line linens and comforters. In addition, each room is equipped with a personal bathroom with all the amenities you need. Not that you even want to spend that much time in your room because the patio, garden and pool area are so lovely for a morning brunch, pool day or sunset dinner. My favorite thing to do was rest at the pool on these padded lounge chairs under a big umbrella and I would stay for hours. If you have young children the pool is perfect for them to play around in it or take a 5- 10 minute walk to the seaside. The living room is also nice to put on a movie for the kids in the evening. The host speaks English and French fluently and will make it easy for you to check in and out. Overall, this place is a must see must stay for a 5 star experience

Visiting Eze for a family wedding and stayed here for 8 days. I didn't want to leave! The villa
has 5 large comfortable bedrooms with air conditioning and each with their own clean
bathrooms. We sat outside on the patios with breathtaking views of the water, Eze Village on top and Cap Ferrat. The kitchen was clean with everything I needed to prepare foods and clean up easily
The manager was attentive with restaurant reservations (5 total) all within a 7-10 minute walk along flowered stairs and walkways; Help with navigating the train to Nice, Monaco and Beaulieu (10 min. walk to station) very personable and friendly. There is a great book in the villa thats lists everything you want may want to do which was helpful.
The infinity pool is lovely- day and night with stunning water (and yacht) views. I loved sitting outside at dusk seeing all the gold lights come on. So ROMANTIC!
The road is quiet and the whole place feels exclusive. We rented a car and there was plenty of street parking. I looked at other villas in the area but didn't want to have to drive the windy roads to go everywhere I had planned to go to Lyon for 2 days and cancelled that trip. I was so relaxed and fell in love with the villa and quaint Eze setting..why go anywhere else? This is really a hidden gem!
MERCI.. I will definitely come back and stay at Villa Pamara

The house, location, accomodations are super. Everything inside is perfect.
But the best was to meet the property manager! He is a very very nice person always ready to help us and for sure will become our friend for ever.
We are very happy with our choice and strongly recommend Pamara for future guests.
