Villa Victoire, with a surface area of 390 m2, consists of a main villa and two outbuildings.
With its 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, it can comfortably accommodate up to 10 people.
Main house:
It offers a large living room of 120 m2 (with lounge, dining room, bar, wine cellar, open kitchen
kitchen, pantry, sea view terraces).
A first suite (including a roof top jacuzzi) is located on the 1st floor and a second one on the garden level.
Annexes :
- The property has an outbuilding with 2 bedrooms, a kitchen/living area and a terrace with sea view.
- There is also an independent suite with sea view and terrace.
Outdoors
Guests can appreciate the peace and quiet of the estate's wooded grounds (8,000 m2 - enclosed and secure) and stroll through the paths of the vegetable garden, with its aromatic scents and varied essences, typical of the south of France.
At the villa, they can enjoy the heated infinity pool (10x5m and with security system), the pool house of 45 m2 (with summer kitchen, barbecue and lounge area), the Jacuzzi, the romantic dovecote with view and the enclosed and secured garden of 2000 m2.
The property has a one-car garage, a private car park and a private helipad.

The price includes: a personalised floral bouquet, a courtesy drink on arrival (Champagne or Côtes de Provence wine,
soft drinks, water, fruit juices, Nespresso coffee, tea, linen), housekeeping (an average of 1 hour per room per day by one of the chambermaids)
including cleaning of communal areas and pool house, final cleaning, change of room linen every 4 days, change of bathroom linen and pool towels at your discretion, maintenance of outside areas (garden and pool), 24-hour security system (with a security team available 24 hours a day in high season).
The villa also offers to its guests the possibility of optional services such as rental of a Fjord 44 boat (for a maximum of 11 people), breakfast, laundry service (washing/ironing), additional cleaning time...

The villa is ideally located in the heart of a preserved nature and close to Saint-Tropez and the famous beaches of Pampelonne.
The Sylvabelle beach, considered as one of the most beautiful beaches of La Croix-Valmer (for its wild side, its typical vegetation of the region and the beauty of its transparent water) is only 400 meters from the estate.
The Gigaro Grande beach (family beach of La Croix-Valmer with "Pavillon Bleu" label since 2020) is located 1km5 from the domain. It is the largest sandy beach in La Croix Valmer.
The beach of Pampelonne, the most famous of the Saint-Tropez peninsula, is 7km from the estate.
