Outdoors 

Nestled on 4,500 m² of lush grounds, the villa offers the perfect outdoor space for relaxation and leisure. The inviting 6 x 10 m swimming pool is surrounded by sun loungers and Mediterranean greenery. Enjoy al fresco dining on the terrace, which is equipped with a barbecue and outdoor dining area. For pétanque enthusiasts, a court is available, and boat owners will appreciate the private mooring buoy located nearby (off Graniers beach for boats up to 12 metres).
You will also enjoy direct access to the private Graniers beach.
A spacious parking can accommodate up to 10 cars.


Staff & Services

The villa offers a daily cleaning service (except Sundays), as well as the services of a pool technician and a gardener who come once a week to maintain the outdoor areas.
On request and at an additional cost, tailor-made services can be provided, such as breakfast, a private chef, a chauffeur, or wellness sessions with a yoga or sports coach.
