Indoors 

Carefully renovated, the house combines modernity and cosiness. The living area, comprising a lounge and dining room, benefits from pleasant natural light thanks to its large picture windows overlooking the garden. The lounge, with its comfortable sofas and entertainment facilities, is the ideal place to relax after a day spent exploring the area. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped.


Outdoors 

The carefully tended garden surrounds a swimming pool that can be heated depending on the season (7 x 3m - Depth: 1.5m). The covered terrace is equipped with sun loungers and parasols, providing plenty of space to relax by the pool or enjoy an al fresco meal. 


Staff & Services

A technician comes every two days to maintain the pool.

Whether you want to take part in water sports, explore the region's iconic dunes or simply recharge your batteries in unspoilt natural surroundings, this is the ideal base for a memorable experience on the Atlantic coast.

- Los niños son bienvenidos
- No es posible organizar eventos en este villa sin el acuerdo de Villanovo de antemano
- Piscina no protegida
- Piscina no vigilada
- Prohibido fumar en el interior de la casa
- Se admiten mascotas (previa aceptación del propietario).
- Sistema de seguridad para la piscina
- Lenguas habladas por el personal doméstico : Inglés - Francés - Español
- Check-in : 17:00 h - Check out : 11:00 h
- El propietario requiere un depósito por un importe de : 4 000.00 EUR
- El depósito se pagará de la siguiente manera : Pre-autorización en su tarjeta crédito (montante no cobrado)

- Depósito cargado por Villanovo en el momento de la reserva : 40 %
- 2º pago 45 Días antes de la llegada : 60 % del total de la reserva.
- El precio total de la reserva no incluye las consumiciones, comidas y otros servicios solicitados in situ.

Condiciones y gastos de anulación

- Cualquier modificación o anulación debe ser remitida por correo electrónico
- Las condiciones de anulación se aplican en referencia a la hora local de la casa
- El depósito de la reserva no se reembolsará en caso de anulación.
- Anulación a menos de 45 Días antes de la llegada : 100 % del total de la reserva.
- No presentado (No show) 100 % del total de la reserva
