Villa Estrane is a 650 m² manor house, renovated in 2019 in a contemporary spirit, located at the western end of Deauville beach, in the commune of Bénerville-sur-Mer. It stands on a 16,000 m² plot, landscaped as a park laid out in successive terraces that descend towards the sea. A staircase closed by a gate gives direct access to the beach. The property consists of a main house (the manor) and an annex. The main house can be rented on its own, or together with the annex. The sea can be seen from every room of the manor. This is an ideal place for a seaside holiday.

Notes :
- Bedroom 4 can connect with Bedroom 5 to form a 2-bedroom suite.
- Bedroom 10 is a “service” bedroom. It does not have a private bathroom.
Indoors
The manor (main house):
- On the ground floor, two 30 m² living rooms, one with a fireplace, open onto a 33 m² library and a covered terrace. The 47 m² open-plan kitchen is fully equipped. The décor is understated and the rooms are generously proportioned.
- On the first floor are the 54 m² master suite and two 30 m² bedrooms.
- The second floor has a 32 m² bedroom and two 30 m² bedrooms.
- On the third floor, a 23 m² bedroom and a 20 m² bedroom each have a shower room, and a 29 m² bedroom also serves as a play area for children.
- The garden level has a gym with a weight-training machine, a shower room and the service bedroom. A games room with a ping-pong table, a Smart TV, a speaker, books and board games are available. Heating is central. The house is not air-conditioned.
The annex:
It includes a kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a meeting room with a kitchenette.
Outdoors
The villa is set in the upper part of the park. The park is laid out in successive terraces, each offering a different view of the sea. The covered terrace on the ground floor has a 180-degree sea view, with no overlooking on the seaward side. Sun loungers are set out on the terraces.
In front of the house, a lawn of around 1,000 m² serves as a play area for children. In the lower part of the park, a staircase secured by a gate leads to Deauville beach. Beach toys are provided. There are five uncovered parking spaces.
Important note: Tide times should be checked before heading out onto the beach.
Location
The property is located at the western end of Deauville beach, which can be reached in one minute on foot. Several beach restaurants, including Les Amonites and Le Sunset, are within walking distance. The village of Blonville and its shops are 1 km away, about fifteen minutes on foot. The centre of Deauville is less than 3 km away.
