Room 3 - Maison secondaire :
Master bedroom, Ground level, view of the sea. This bedroom has 1 double bed 160 cm. Bathroom outside the room, shared, with bathtub. separate WC room. This bedroom includes also air conditioning.
Room 4 - Maison secondaire :
Room, Ground level, view of the sea, view of the mountains. This bedroom has 2 twin beds 110 cm. Bathroom outside the room, shared, with bathtub. separate WC room.
Indoors
You will appreciate the spacious living areas and the authentic and minimalist decoration of this beautiful villa on one level, separated into 2 adjacent buildings.
Carefully decorated to blend traditional and international, you will find paintings and artifacts from Florence and Cuba, and other works by Greek artists.
Main House
The Oleno villa has a fully equipped kitchen, with a small table, ideal for breakfast, a dining room, and a cozy lounge with TV.
Several windows allow you to access the terraces from the dining room and the living room, and bring a little natural light into the villa.
2 bedrooms and their bathrooms are also located in the main house.
Second home
The secondary house is dedicated to the two other bedrooms of the house and their bathrooms.
Outdoors
Ideally located high up just 700 meters from Platys Gialos Bay, Villa Oleno offers stunning sea views, which can be admired from the terrace and garden.
You will find outside the villa a private pool of 12m x 5m, with electric-powered cover, surrounded by deckchairs. Several relaxation areas will allow you to enjoy the tranquility of the place.
A shaded outdoor dining area offers a large granite table for 8/10 people, as well as a barbecue, overlooking the Aegean Sea.
The garden, beautifully maintained, offers delicious scents from local trees and herbs, such as olive trees, figs, Oregan, Sage, or Thyme.
The private car park can acceuillir up to 5 cars, just next door you will find the laundry room, with its traditional stone basin.

Guests are requested not to sit on the inside sofas in wet swimsuits.
Guests are also kindly requested not to use pool and bath towels for the sea.
Housekeeping is done every Monday, Thursday and Saturday.
Sheets are changed every Saturday, and towels every Wednesday.
