The property comprises a main house and an annexe.
The interiors are bathed in Mediterranean light. Precious wood from Mount Athos, clean lines, electric reclining armchairs: everything has been designed to offer well-being and serenity. The two welcoming living rooms, two fully equipped kitchens and spacious dining room guarantee wonderful moments of conviviality, whether you are staying with family or friends. Modern amenities (air conditioning, underfloor heating, smart TV, Wi-Fi) ensure optimal comfort all year round.
Outdoors
Enjoy exceptional views of the sea and Mount Kastella from the infinity pool (15 x 6m - depth: 0.6 to 1.5m), the jacuzzi or one of the many terraces. The gardens, planted with olive and citrus trees, are perfect for strolling and contemplation. Between the two buildings (main house and annex), the equipped summer kitchen (grill, pizza oven, fridge) allows you to share meals outdoors.

We stayed here with our family at the beginning of August, and from the very first moment we felt so welcome. The owners are such wonderful, kind people – always ready to help with anything, day or night – and that made our stay feel extra special.
The villa itself is brand new and beautifully done, with so much attention to detail. The pool was always sparkling clean, and the views... wow. Looking out over the sea, the mountains, and the olive trees felt like living inside a postcard.
We also celebrated our wedding here, and it was truly unforgettable. The setting was so magical, it honestly felt like the perfect Pinterest picture come to life. We couldn’t have imagined a more beautiful place to say ''I do.''
This villa will always have a special place in our hearts
