The villa was completely renovated recently to the very highest standards of design and quality. The style of the furnishings and decor is colonial with a modern touch, arranged for the elegant Mediterranean living. The undisputed highlight of the main house is the splendid terrace with its enchanting views of the forests and the cobalt blue sea. The villa is comprised of the main house, a guesthouse and a charming studio apartment, complemented by a 20 x 10m swimming pool, a pool house and a gym.

- Maid working hours are from 08:00 to 15:00.
- For the live-in house staff (2 personnel) hours are from 08:00-16:00 and 18:00-22:00, with one person working until 24:00.
- Cook and Kitchen Staff (2 personnel): Working hours are from 09:30-15:00 and 18:00-22:00. All menus, groceries and other shopping requirements should be arranged one day in advance.
