The main house offers three double bedrooms, each with a private bathroom. There are also two independent guest houses, ideal for families, each offering a double bed on the mezzanine and two sofa beds for children, a sitting area, kitchenette, air conditioning, and private bathroom.

Room 1 - Main house - 1 :
Room, Ground level, direct access to the terrace, view of the sea. This bedroom has 1 double bed. Bathroom private, with shower. This bedroom includes also air conditioning.

Room 2 - Main house - 2 :
Room, Ground level, direct access to the terrace, view of the sea. This bedroom has 1 double bed. Bathroom private, with shower. This bedroom includes also air conditioning.

Room 3 - Main house - 3 :
Room, Ground level, direct access to the terrace, view of the sea. This bedroom has 1 double bed. Bathroom private, with shower. This bedroom includes also air conditioning.

Room 4 - Guest House - 1 :
Room, Ground level, independent access. The bedroom has 3 Beds including 1 double bed on the mezzanine, 2 sofa bed 80 cm. Bathroom private, with shower. This bedroom includes also air conditioning, living area, kitchenette.

Room 5 - Guest House - 2 :
Room, Ground level, independent access. The bedroom has 3 Beds including 1 double bed on the mezzanine, 2 sofa bed 80 cm. Bathroom private, with shower. This bedroom includes also air conditioning, living area, kitchenette.


Indoors 

The living areas are distinguished by their brightness and warm atmosphere. The living room, which opens onto the outside thanks to large bay windows, invites you to relax with its modern and tasteful furnishings. The fully equipped kitchen adjoins a cosy dining room. The house also includes the following amenities: air conditioning, TV, audio system, Wi-Fi connection, and a small fitness room with a treadmill.


Outdoors 

The heart of the property, the large terrace features an infinity pool overlooking the sea, surrounded by a wooden deck for relaxing. An impressive 150 m² pergola shelters an outdoor lounge, bar, barbecue area and large table for al fresco dining. Lush gardens and landscaped paths lead to the various areas and the sea, always offering views of the Aegean. Quick access to nearby beaches and coves completes the picture.

The price includes : daily maid service, change of linen and towels twice per week.
