This superb house offers beautiful interiors, comfortably furnished and tastefully decorated.
Guests will appreciate the charm of the furniture and antiques in the house, giving it a refined and welcoming style.
The large loggia on the ground floor, which is furnished as an outdoor living room, has a dining table and a ping-pong table.
There is a second loggia on the first floor (with sofas) and a third one on the second floor.
On the ground floor, guests will find a comfortable living room (with fireplace, satellite TV and access to a large loggia), a small reading/games room, a pleasant dining room, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower.
On the first floor are the six double bedrooms of the house. Each of them has direct access to the terraces and loggias.

Outdoors

The property has lovely outdoor areas, well organized and with superb views of the countryside and woods.
Spacious loggias surround the entire house, even on the upper floors.
Guests can enjoy a magnificent swimming pool (6 x 12 metres), an outdoor shower and a changing room with bathroom.
They can also appreciate the various terraces and loggias, the summer kitchen and the charming herb garden.
The large garden surrounding the house is fenced and has been designed to meet the expectations of outdoor living. 


Location

Fuly surrounded by nature, the villa is ideally nestled in the Casentino hills, the most wooded area in Tuscany.
The centre of Arezzo is about 8 km away. Siena and Florence are less than an hour away by car.
