Indoors

Ground Floor:
On the ground floor, through the main entrance of the villa you will find a reception all and a laundry room. The corridor, which ceiling is illuminated by small spotlights, will lead you to a stone staircases on top of which awaits the first floor.
 
First Floor:
Reachable through the ground floor or the external staircase adjoining the villa, the first floor is constituted of a kitchen with a dining room, a spacious living room, a bathroom and a double bedroom. The kitchen is blessed with a view of the lovely garden, while the living room is equipped with a fireplace and a relaxation corner. The double bedroom includes a reading room where you can leaf through various antique books and the bathroom is equipped with a shower.
 
Second Floor:
On the second floor, the sleeping quarters consist of 4 spacious bedrooms, with en suite bathroom and shower. Benefitting of modern, stylish furnishings, overlooking the park and equipped with air conditioning, each room is colour themed in order to give you the feeling of a relaxing and elegant atmosphere. You will thus find respectively the Green Room, The Yellow Room, the Ocre Room and the Light Blue Room.
 
Comforts:
Concerning the comfort of the villa, the private pool amongst the olive groves and ample space is ideal for relaxation. To guaranty your full comfort, the residence is also equipped with air-conditioning, central heating, a washing machine, dish washer, WI-FI and a full set TV, DVD, stereo. It also offers you a large range of leisure activities in the area such as a beauty farm and spa,  golf, touristic excursions, ski and wine tasting tours.


Outdoors

The villa is surrounded by an elegant park with swimming pool (15 m x 5 m), characterized by expanses of olive trees, terraces cultivated according to the Tuscan tradition and vineyards that frame an enchanting picture. The pool is open from April to October.
