Outdoors

The villa has large outdoor areas dedicated to relaxation and well-being. A magnificent pergola houses a welcoming table for ten people, perfect for al fresco dining under the Umbrian sky. The barbecue area invites you to enjoy a convivial evening, while the swimming pool (12x6 m; depth: 1.5m-1.7m), surrounded by sun loungers and deckchairs, is an invitation to relax and admire the surrounding countryside. The property's exceptional natural setting makes it a dream place to recharge your batteries.



Staff & Services

Pool rental includes garden and pool maintenance, bed linen and towels, concierge service and full end-of-stay cleaning. On request and at an additional cost, additional services are also available: baby-sitting, butler, chef/cook, grocery delivery, airport transfer, chauffeur-driven car, etc.
