Indoors
The villa has welcoming communal areas designed for relaxation and conviviality. Its spacious lounge offers a warm atmosphere and plenty of seating, perfect for meetings or simply relaxing by the decorative fireplace. The well-equipped kitchen with its large cooking island provides a pleasant space for preparing meals, while the open-plan dining room with its large table allows all guests to enjoy delicious dishes.
The house has a total of 9 double bedrooms that can accommodate 18 people (+ 4 children can be accommodated on a sofa bed if necessary). Each bedroom is designed for comfort and offers you a welcoming atmosphere.
Two of the bedrooms are located in charming little flats with kitchen, living room and private patio with jacuzzi.
Outdoors
The villa has numerous patios, terraces, a large courtyard and a garden with local fruit trees. The pool terrace offers a cool oasis where you can bask in the sun, take a dip in the pool (15 x 6.5 m - Depth: 0.8 to 1.8 m) and relax on comfortable sun loungers. There is also an outdoor shower next to the pool.
Staff & Services
The price includes a cleaning service from Monday to Friday (4 hours per day - between 9.30am and 1.30pm).
Location
Its strategic location makes it easy to explore the charming country towns and beautiful coastline, including the breathtaking Ria Formosa Natural Park.
Loulé, the nearest town, offers access to supermarkets, grocery shops and restaurants.
A 15-20 minute drive will take you to some of the Algarve's finest beaches, excellent golf courses and Faro airport.
