Indoors 

The house boasts very pleasant interiors, where comfort and good taste go hand in hand.
The centrepiece of the house is undoubtedly the large 90 m² living room, featuring a majestic timber frame and impressive high ceilings. This living space is bathed in natural light and opens onto two spacious terraces, providing a harmonious link between indoors and outdoors. The decor is typically local, blending natural materials with contemporary elements to create an atmosphere that is both warm and elegant.
The dining area, which comfortably seats 12, provides the ideal setting for convivial meals with family and friends.
The fully equipped kitchen is both functional and modern.


Outdoors 

The grounds, which extend over a vast 5,000 m² plot, are a haven of peace. The wooden terraces, sandy garden and magnificent pine forest create an enchanting setting in which to relax and enjoy the surrounding nature.
You can enjoy a swimming pool (16 x 4.5m - Depth: 1.4m), typical Comporta relaxation areas, a day bed, outdoor shower, barbecue and various terraces. 

South terrace :
- Covered and ideal for enjoying the warmth of the sun between seasons.
- Table for 12 people, table football and large gas barbecue.

North-west terrace :
- Perfect for sheltering from the summer sun.
- Large table for 12 people.

Note: a few steps are required to access the swimming pool and the chill-out area.


Staff & Services

In July/August (only) a cleaning service is included five days a week (four hours a day). Outside this period, this service is available on request (at an additional cost).
For all rentals of more than one week, a change of linen is provided halfway through the stay.
