- Depósito cargado por Villanovo en el momento de la reserva : 30 % - 2º pago 42 Días antes de la llegada : 70 % del total de la reserva. - El propietario podrá exigirle las cantidades debidas en moneda local. - El precio total de la reserva no incluye las consumiciones, comidas y otros servicios solicitados in situ. - El montante de los pagos en moneda local, puede variar en función de las tasas de cambio apliclables.
Condiciones y gastos de anulación
- Cualquier modificación o anulación debe ser remitida por correo electrónico - Las condiciones de anulación se aplican en referencia a la hora local de la casa - El depósito de la reserva no se reembolsará en caso de anulación. - Anulación a menos de 90 Días antes de la llegada : 100 % del total de la reserva. - No presentado (No show) 100 % del total de la reserva
