Room 4 - Majorelle :
Room, 1st floor. This bedroom has 1 double bed 160 cm. Bathroom private, with shower. WC in the bathroom. This bedroom includes also air conditioning, living area, TV, private terrace, fan.

Room 5 - Pavillon > Chefchaouen :
Room, in a pavilion. This bedroom has 1 double bed 160 cm. Bathroom private, with shower, 1 washbasin. separate WC room. This bedroom includes also living area, fan.

Note: the rooms are equipped with radiators.


Indoors 

You'll be charmed by the interiors, which are a real tribute to local craftsmanship and Moroccan heritage. The interior decor reflects a perfect harmony between tradition and modernity, with objects collected by the owners over the years. The thick mud walls contribute to a naturally cool atmosphere, complemented by quality fans. 
A real cocoon of comfort and charm, the main house comprises 4 carefully decorated bedrooms, a living room, a dining room and a fully equipped kitchen, all in an authentic style where every detail has been carefully thought through. The lounge and dining room open onto a large covered terrace facing south-east, giving the rooms a pleasant natural light.
The property also has a pavilion with a 5th bedroom and adjoining lounge.


Outdoors 

Beautifully landscaped, the garden offers a variety of areas for relaxing and dining, strategically placed to benefit from the shade of the trees or pergolas. The first covered terrace, facing south-east, offers a lounge and dining area for up to 10 people. The second terrace, facing south-west and shaded, is perfect for lunches.
You can enjoy the swimming pool (12 x 4m - Depth: 0.2 to 1.4m), set back from the main terrace. The terrace is surrounded by deckchairs and has a pool-house with seating and a large table for up to 10 people.


Staff & Services

The steward is at your service and ensures your comfort. He works from 8am to 10am, 12pm to 2pm, and 6pm to 10pm - with Wednesdays off.
The maid and cook prepares a traditional breakfast for you every morning. She works from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. and from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. – she has Mondays off.
The gardener takes care of the grounds. He works from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. and from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. – he has Tuesdays and Fridays off. He ensures your safety and sleeps on site at the entrance to the property throughout your stay.

Two meal options are available:

- Option 1 ("en liberté": you are on your own and do your own shopping. Samira, the cook, will prepare the dishes and Reda will serve them.
A supplement will be charged:
>>> from 80 euros per day (for all occupants) for the cook's services for lunch and dinner. 
>>> from 40 euros per day (for all occupants) for the cook's services for a single meal.

- Option 2 ("à la carte"): the villa offers traditional Moroccan meals (home cooking - menus proposed in advance, which must be validated before your arrival).
>>> Lunch and dinner : from €20 per person, including water (all other drinks at extra cost),
For children under 12: from €12 per meal.


Location

The villa is ideally located in Oumnas, just 23 km south of Marrakech, on the way to Lac de Lalla Takerkoust. The village of Oumnas offers an authentic and peaceful setting, far from the hustle and bustle of the city.
You'll also be close to the famous Royal Palm and Samanah golf courses, and just a short distance from many must-see sites such as the Agafay desert, Lake Lalla Takerkoust with its Sunday morning market, and the Art Tissage Tam cooperative in Tameslouht.
In less than 40 minutes, you can access all the other golf courses in Marrakech, ensuring a variety of activities throughout your stay. Whether you are looking for relaxation or adventure, this property offers the perfect setting for an unforgettable stay.
