Suite, 4th floor, direct access to the garden, view of the sea. This bedroom has 1 double bed Super king size. Bathroom private, with bathtub, shower. This bedroom includes also private terrace.

Room 2
Room, 3rd floor, direct access to the garden, view of the sea. This bedroom has 1 double bed 200 cm. Bathroom private.

Room 3
Room, 3rd floor, direct access to the garden, view of the sea. This bedroom has 1 double bed 200 cm. Bathroom private.

Room 4
Room, 3rd floor, direct access to the garden, view of the sea. This bedroom has 2 twin beds 90 cm. Bathroom shared.

Room 5
Room, 3rd floor, direct access to the garden, view of the sea. This bedroom has 2 twin beds. Bathroom shared.

Room 6
Room, 2nd floor. This bedroom has 1 double bed 150 cm. Bathroom private.

Indoors 

This incredible house is spread over five levels connected by metal staircases and a lift.

Ground floor :
Guests can enjoy an incredible arcade game room, ideal for memorable evenings with friends. This room has a pool table, ping-pong table, air hockey, football table, pinball, electronic darts, various board games, chess games and an arcade machine with over 35,000 games.
In addition, on this level, travellers will find a two-car garage and an electric car charger.

Levels 1 and 2 :
On the first floor there is a laundry room.
On the second floor, there is a double bedroom with private bathroom of 20 square metres.

Level 3 :
This floor has four double bedrooms including two suites. 
Guests can also enjoy the large 130 square metres fully equipped gym. 
There is also an office with a large work table (over 8 metres) and direct access to the garden.

Level 4 :
On this floor is the splendid master suite of 240 square metres.
This magnificent bedroom offers a beautiful sea view and has windows to see into the pool.
It also has a hammam, a massage table, an access to the garden and to a large terrace (featuring a swing, sofas and offering a beautiful view of the sea and the garden).

Level 5 :
This floor has a large open plan living area.
With plenty of natural light throughout the day thanks to its large windows, this space is comfortably equipped and offers beautiful views of the sea, the garden and the pool. 
A beautiful fully equipped kitchen and pantry are also located on this floor.


Outdoors​ 

The property has 2,500 square metres of fully landscaped outdoor space, comfortably equipped and with a beautiful sea view.
This garden offers endless possibilities for relaxing on holiday but also for filming or shooting.
Guests can appreciate a waterfall, an artificial river, a pond, various relaxation areas... 
They can also enjoy the beautiful pool, the Finnish sauna (located in front of the pool) and the jacuzzi (6 people).
The entrance to the property is via two streets, both of which are closed and not very busy.  Cars, trucks and vans can be parked easily and without time restrictions.


Staff & Services

Price includes bath amenities, reasonable expenses (consumption of water & electricity), general houskeeping 5-6 days a week (in the morning), outdoors maintenance (twice a week in summer and weekly in winter), pool maintenance (weekly in summer and every two weeks in winter) and weekly garden maintenance.
The villa also offers to its guests the possibility of optional services such as additional towels and bed linen, pool heating (on request - at least 1 week before arrival).


Location

Villa Stylista is ideally located in Badalona just 15 minutes from Barcelona downtown and 7 minutes from the nearest beach.
The property is also 3 minutes from the motorway entrance (to Girona or Barcelona) and 30 minutes from El Prat airport.
