Indoors
This incredible house is spread over five levels connected by metal staircases and a lift.
Ground floor :
Guests can enjoy an incredible arcade game room, ideal for memorable evenings with friends. This room has a pool table, ping-pong table, air hockey, football table, pinball, electronic darts, various board games, chess games and an arcade machine with over 35,000 games.
In addition, on this level, travellers will find a two-car garage and an electric car charger.
Levels 1 and 2 :
On the first floor there is a laundry room.
On the second floor, there is a double bedroom with private bathroom of 20 square metres.
Level 3 :
This floor has four double bedrooms including two suites.
Guests can also enjoy the large 130 square metres fully equipped gym.
There is also an office with a large work table (over 8 metres) and direct access to the garden.

They can also enjoy the beautiful pool, the Finnish sauna (located in front of the pool) and the jacuzzi (6 people).
The entrance to the property is via two streets, both of which are closed and not very busy. Cars, trucks and vans can be parked easily and without time restrictions.
Staff & Services
Price includes bath amenities, reasonable expenses (consumption of water & electricity), general houskeeping 5-6 days a week (in the morning), outdoors maintenance (twice a week in summer and weekly in winter), pool maintenance (weekly in summer and every two weeks in winter) and weekly garden maintenance.
The villa also offers to its guests the possibility of optional services such as additional towels and bed linen, pool heating (on request - at least 1 week before arrival).

Villa Stylista is ideally located just 15 minutes from Barcelona downtown and 7 minutes from the nearest beach.
The property is also 3 minutes from the motorway entrance (to Girona or Barcelona) and 30 minutes from El Prat airport.
