Double bedroom (1 x 160cm wide bed) with ensuite shower room. Further double bedroom (1 x 160cm wide bed) and a bathroom. Separate toilet with extra wide door and interior (suitable for wheelchair access).

The villa is exceptionally smart, is architect designed and adapted for people with restricted mobility on the ground floor which is where the pool is situated. There is wifi internet access, 2 cots, 3 high chairs, babybath and stairgate.

In a separate building there is the leisure area which houses the indoor pool, sauna and games area with table football. The comprehensive security system includes a digital access code and an electric pool cover.

The garden is well equipped with pool furniture and there is a boules area along with a children’s play house.
