With a floor area of 600 m², the manor house boasts a spacious and light-filled interior, designed to ensure a comfortable stay. The English-inspired décor blends antique furniture with modern touches, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. There is plenty of living space, allowing every guest to find their own quiet corner whilst encouraging moments of togetherness.
The main living room, featuring a fireplace, invites you to relax in a convivial atmosphere. The fully equipped kitchen is ideal for preparing gourmet meals. 


Outdoors 

The property offers a true immersion in the heart of nature, with its 57 hectares of designated woodland and the Rivière d’Auray.
A heated swimming pool* (12 x 5m – Depth: 1.2 to 2.6m) is available for relaxing swims. For moments of conviviality, a pétanque court, garden furniture and kayaks provide entertainment in the heart of an enchanting setting. A private path runs alongside the property, ideal for peaceful walks along the banks of the River Auray.

* The swimming pool is heated from April to October (to approximately 28°C).

The estate encourages your independence whilst ensuring you enjoy complete peace of mind. The estate team does not live on site, but can be contacted to assist with any specific requests you may have. Bespoke services are available on request and at an additional cost.


Location

Located in Crac'h, in the heart of Morbihan’s “Golden Triangle”, this property is the perfect base from which to explore the treasures of Brittany. The renowned beaches of Carnac and La Trinité-sur-Mer are easily accessible by car.
