The impressive 100 m² open-plan living area features a comfortable lounge, a dining area and a fully equipped open kitchen. As the heart of the home, this generous space opens directly onto the terraces, allowing guests to fully enjoy the spectacular views while effortlessly extending indoor living outdoors. Clean architectural lines, generous volumes and carefully selected materials create an atmosphere that is both refined and welcoming.


Outdoors 

The outdoor spaces invite guests to fully embrace the Mediterranean way of life. Three spacious terraces surround the villa, each offering a different atmosphere: a panoramic sea-facing terrace for al fresco dining, a shaded terrace beneath the pine trees and a pleasant relaxation area surrounding the swimming pool. Located in the heart of the Giens Peninsula, the villa enjoys an exceptional setting on one of the most beautiful stretches of the Var coastline. The sea is just a short walk away (approximately 150 metres), while the renowned beaches of La Badine and Almanarre are only moments from the property. Water sports enthusiasts will appreciate the nearby sailing club, offering paddleboarding, kitesurfing, wing foiling and windsurfing.
The coastal path, accessible directly from the villa, leads through spectacular scenery of hidden coves, rugged cliffs and Mediterranean pine forests. The charming village of Giens, just one kilometre away, offers local shops, restaurants and Provençal markets, while nearby ferry departures provide easy access to the Golden Islands, including Porquerolles, for an unforgettable day trip.
