Indoors 

The villa's interiors feature natural materials: earthen plastered walls, terracotta floors and handcrafted wooden furniture. The décor combines antiques with designer furniture from the 1950s, adding an artistic touch to the clean, Mediterranean ambience. The open-plan living area includes a comfortable sitting area, a large dining table (for 8 to 10 people) and a fully-equipped kitchen that combines traditional design with contemporary features.
A fully-equipped laundry room completes these spaces, designed for conviviality and relaxation.


Outdoors 

The villa is set in the heart of a 12,000 m² wooded estate and offers access to several panoramic terraces: a large main terrace under a pergola (with table for 8 to 10 guests), a shaded terrace in front of the small house and a private terrace adjoining the master bedroom.
The beautiful swimming pool (16.5 x 2.5 - Depth: 1.5m) is surrounded by deckchairs and lounge areas.
A 30 m² area under a pergola overlooks the sea, ideal for yoga, meditation or simply enjoying the scenery. The view of the Aegean Sea, olive trees and the emblematic chapels of Sifnos gives the villa a unique, peaceful and timeless atmosphere.


Staff & Services

The price includes a cleaning service twice a week (on Tuesdays and Saturdays) and a welcome pack with local produce.
On request and at an additional cost, the village supermarket can deliver your groceries to the house during your stay.


Location

The villa enjoys an exceptional location in the heart of Sifnos: in a peaceful valley surrounded by terraced olive groves, facing the Aegean Sea, with panoramic views of the island and the white villages perched on the hills. Just a 10-minute walk away is the nearest village, with its grocery shop and essential amenities, while the island's most beautiful sites (Apollonia, Kastro, beaches and hiking trails) are within easy reach for a variety of pleasures. Here, the soul of the Cyclades is experienced in all its simplicity, with unspoilt nature, restorative silence and genuine hospitality.


Important note:

- Please note that the house is not directly accessible by car, but only by scooter or quad bike, it is 600 metres from the main road. On request, the villa will transport your luggage on arrival and departure. Several agencies on the island offer a wide choice of vehicles for hire.
