Located on the top of a hill above the town of Arezzo and consisting of 3 hectares of garden and woodland, both fenced, which completely surround the house, Villa Christine boasts breathtaking views with a 360 degree panorama of the beautiful Tuscan valleys and the town of Arezzo, one of the major Etruscan cities that encompasses works of art of exceptional value.
The large garden with lawn and tall trees, surrounds the villa and its comfortable Gazebo with saltwater pool and Jacuzzi overlooking the beautiful town of Arezzo.
The hill called "Cognaia" where it stands Villa Christine, is a residential district composed only of independent private villas, surrounded by greenery, with paved roads and security service control every night and of a private tennis club with tennis courts (racquets and balls available in Villa) and restaurant.
Obviously also the road to reach the villa is fully paved and ends at the gate of the property to ensure complete privacy. The entire property is fenced. The “Cognaia" is a very prestigious and quiet area, without noises of the city but at the same time near to the downtown.
Indoors
The villa is tastefully furnished with antiques and prized upholstery. Inside, it has all the amenities, large and bright spaces: living room with large sofas, dining room with large table in the twentieth century style and panoramic windows, fully equipped professional kitchen and a veranda overlooking the park, utility room complete, recreation room with library, , table games, pinball 80s, pc and a wonderful billiards in nineteenth century style.
On the ground floor you will also find another bathroom and a direct access to the big terrace with a tennis table and a table football.
The bedrooms are on the first and second floor of the Villa and are 5 rooms with double beds, all very spacious, equipped with A/C and big private bathroom with bath or shower and all with very big park view windows. If necessary, possibility to add single bed in one of the double rooms and cot with bars for children.
- Bedroom 1: double bed. A/C, private bathroom with shower, hair dryer and windows overlooking the park.
- Bedroom 2: double bed. A/C , private bathroom with bathtub, hair dryer and windows overlooking the park.
- Bedroom 3: double bed. A/C , private bathroom with bathtub, hair dryer and windows overlooking the park. Possibility of adding an extra bed.
- Bedroom 4: double bed and single bed. A/C, private bathroom with shower, hair dryer and windows overlooking the park.
- Bedroom 5: double bed. A/C, walk-in closet , private bathroom with shower, hair dryer and windows overlooking the park.

Outdoors give Villa Christine its uniqueness: Verandas, gazebo with pool area and park.
All with a wonderful view over the town of Arezzo ... a breathtaking spectacle with the light of the dawn and a totally indescribable spectacle with the lights of the night!
The Gazebo, structure made entirely of glass and curtains, elegant and refined with sofas and chairs for a complete poolside relaxation. In the gazebo guests will enjoy a wood burning fireplace, a wood-burning pizza oven, a large refrigerator and a wood table with chairs for 12 people. The Gazebo leads to the large saltwater swimming pool with sun beds, to the hot tub with 5 seats and heated water, to the outdoor shower and to another bathroom with shower.
The verandas of Villa Christine, all overlooking Arezzo and the surrounding valleys, are additional big and totally livable environments : the Games veranda with table tennis and table football.
The swimming pool is treated with salt water, it measures 7×15 meters and has two depths: 1.10 meters and 1.60 meters. There are also an outdoor shower, sun beds and corners where you can relax in the sun! Near the pool , there is also our beautiful hydromassage hot tub with 5 seats ,adjustable water temperature and different levels of massage
The big fenced park allows guests to walk under the trees, and to relax in the various corners of the garden on wrought iron chairs or in the hammock under the shade of trees. In the park, guests will find also a children's corner with a swing, little house and various games.
