Indoors
On the ground floor, the dining room is in open space with the fully equipped kitchen with connection to the terrace. The kitchen is equipped with filter coffee maker and Dolce Gusto capsules coffee machine. The living room has a fireplace and a pool table. The first floor offers 5 bedrooms, all having curtains or blackouts, airconditioning and balconies. One bedroom has bunk bed with a drawer can accomodate 3 people.
Outdoors
The private swimming pool 12 m x 6 m (depth 0.8 m to 2.00 m) has fresh water and roman steps. All the following equipments are at guests disposal : an outside shower, a private tennis court, terrace, outdoor dining area, a portable charcoal barbecue, 10 sunloungers. The villa has large fenced garden linking the house with the beach. The garden provides full privacy to the guests as well as space for the children to play. The villa has a private parking for three cars. Also at your disposal two kayaks with 2 vests, two stand up paddle boards and four bicycles for adults. Near the beach in front of the house, it is possible to buy fresh fish from the local fishermen.
Location
This property is located between the Tróia Dunes Botanical Reserve and the Arrábida Reserve, just beside the Sado Estuary Natural reserve and the Atlantic Ocean. The beach is within walking distance. At your disposal within 5 km, you have a golf course, tennis courts, spa, playground, supermarket, bars and restaurants. A car is recommended to visit the nearby area.

Comentario
We had a fabulous stay at the Villa. Perfect weather for early May, most of our time spent using the pool (lovely), tennis court, bikes, kayaks & paddle boards. We got the ferry to Setubal for a great night out – very reasonably priced restaurants & cafes and delicious food. The rooms were very clean and spacious (beds a little hard) and kitchen very well equipped. We did have an issue with the electrics – kettle tripped the system when we arrived, but a new kettle was brought. Would love to come again!
The house and garden are fabulously spacious and well maintained. There is loads to do in and around the villa (tennis, pool, kayaks, bikes) as well as surrounding area. Setubal is lovely, Comporta has wine tasting and is a rice growing area, lots of interesting history and information. Great weather too!
