Indoors
The villa is laid out on two floors and the rooms are spacious and well lit - perfect for a comfortable stay.
On the ground floor, glass doors and skylights create a luminous atmosphere dominated by light colours like white, brown and beige.
This floor consists of an open space divided into a dining area and a modern and well equipped kitchen.
Also on the same floor a spa area is the perfect place for relaxing after a day exploring the beauties of Tuscany. It features a heated hydromassage, a sauna, a turkish bath and 2 heated beds, all with a beautiful view onto the outside area.
Finally, there is a TV room with a large corner lounge, only reachable by the lift from the spa.
Outdoors
The villa is surrounded by a large and well cared-for garden with a L-shaped pool, sunbeds and umbrellas.
Next to the swimming pool a wooden pergola with curtains offers a nice lounge area to relax.
On the other side of the villa another terrace with pergola features a large dinning table.
Location
The villa is ideally located, all the main cities of Tuscany are easily reachable : Florence, Lucca,Pisa, Pistoia ,San Gimignano, Vinci and Siena and seaside resorts renowned for their spas with “wellness” treatments.
The nearest town, Cintolese, is 1.5k away and has all the amienties.
For sports lovers, an 18 hole golf course “La Pievaccia” is 2 kms away, and there is a tennis club as well.
Note
- The use of the spa (sauna, turkish bath, heated beds) is limited to 1hour per day (these hours can be accumulated during the stay). The hydromassage is available at all time.
- The Swimming Pool is open from 1 April to 30 November.
