Fully renovated, the villa elegantly combines traditional Moroccan craftsmanship with contemporary décor, creating a warm and refined atmosphere. Spread over 350 m², the interiors are distinguished by their generous volumes and abundant natural light. The spacious living room, featuring a fireplace and extending into the dining area, opens widely onto the garden and swimming pool, creating a seamless connection between the indoor and outdoor living spaces. The fireplace provides a cosy atmosphere during cooler evenings. The villa features five comfortable double bedrooms. Two of them enjoy direct access to the swimming pool and garden, while the remaining three each benefit from their own private terrace
Outdoors
The outdoor areas invite guests to make the most of Oualidia's pleasant climate. The landscaped 1,000 m² garden surrounds the swimming pool and offers several comfortable spaces dedicated to relaxation. The heated* swimming pool (10 x 4 m) completes the outdoor facilities and can be enjoyed throughout the year.
