In Cala en Bosc you can enjoy two beautiful beaches of white sand and crystal clear waters, the one that gives its name to the urbanization and Son Xoriguer. Only 400 meters from the villa there is a marina, where you will find all kinds of bars and restaurants, as well as shops, supermarkets, pharmacy, leisure, etc ...

Room 1
Room, Ground level. This bedroom has 1 double bed. Bathroom ensuite.

Room 2
Room, 1st floor. This bedroom has 1 double bed. Bathroom ensuite, with bathtub. This bedroom includes also dressing room.

Room 3
Room, 1st floor. This bedroom has 2 single bed. Bathroom outside the room, shared.

Room 4
Room, 1st floor. This bedroom has 2 single bed. Bathroom outside the room, shared.


Indoors

The ground floor has a spacious living room with direct access to the outdoor terrace where the swimming pool is located, the fully equipped kitchen, access to the rear of the garden with a built-in barbecue. Of the four bedrooms in the house, one is on the ground floor with a double bed and a bathroom with shower.

Going up to the first floor we find another double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and dressing room (this bathroom has a bathtub). The bedroom is spacious and comfortable, with enough space to place a cot or an extra bed for the little ones. On the same floor there are two further double bedrooms each with two single beds, and in the hallway the third and final bathroom with shower


Outdoors

The house has private outdoor parking with a capacity of 3 cars right in front of the property, air conditioning and Wi-Fi in all rooms of the house.


Staff & Services

We provide you with bed linen and bath towels, by carrying out a cleaning check-up at mid-stay, with a change of towels and sheets, if your stay is equal to or greater than 9 nights.
