Indoors 

The mas consists of a main house and an outbuilding.
Recently renovated, the property features spacious interiors where old stonework and contemporary amenities coexist harmoniously. The main living areas, lounges and dining room, are bathed in natural light thanks to large windows overlooking the grounds. The fully equipped, elegant and convivial kitchen makes it easy to prepare gourmet meals to share.
The main house has five bedrooms, while the guest house (adjoining outbuilding) has two bedrooms.
A large, modular reception area of 100 m² is ideal for hosting private or professional events.


Outdoors 

The landscaped gardens alternate between flowerbeds, shaded paths and open spaces, creating plenty of places to stroll, read or socialise. The swimming pool (28 x 8m - depth: 0.5 to 3m), surrounded by sun loungers, is perfect for relaxing all summer long, while the Nordic bath offers a unique moment of relaxation in the heart of the park.
For sports enthusiasts, a tennis wall echoes the pleasures of the great outdoors, while an indoor snooker room extends the fun under cover. Several terraces encourage conviviality and al fresco dining in the mild Provençal climate. You can also enjoy a pétanque court.


Location

Ideally located close to Avignon, the farmhouse enjoys a great location. Just a few minutes from the ramparts, the Palais des Papes, festivals and colourful markets, the property offers the perfect balance between privacy, nature and cultural life. The main tourist attractions of the Vaucluse, the vineyards and villages of the Luberon, the banks of the Rhône and the Camargue are all within easy reach, as is the Avignon TGV station.
