The villa features a very large, fully-equipped kitchen and a spacious living room with grand piano and fireplace, open on three sides for maximum light. The elegant decor and refined style create a warm and welcoming atmosphere. 


Outdoors 

The house's exteriors offer a soothing setting with a large single-storey slatted terrace, a 9m x 4m heated swimming pool (depth 1.40 - 1.50), a pétanque court and several living areas to enjoy the sun at any time of day. Nestled among the pine trees, the villa guarantees peace and privacy.


Staff & Services

To make your stay even more enjoyable, a pool attendant maintains the pool every week and a cleaner is on hand twice a week.

Ideally situated between the basin and the ocean, the villa is just 5 minutes from the beaches and shops. Oyster lovers can enjoy waterside tastings, while nearby cycle paths offer the opportunity to explore the region in complete tranquillity.
