The Premium apartments open directly onto the garden and afford clients the possibility of walking directly onto the beach and to the ocean ahead.

Each apartment is 158m² with three double-bedrooms and en-suite bathrooms.
A spacious living area comprising an open plan kitchen, lounge and dining area opens directly onto the terrace.

Premium apartments benefit from modern touches, such as 42inch LCD televisions, French and English satellite television, iPod docking stations and free Wi-Fi Internet.

In-house Dining:
Our complex manager can easily organise a meal in your apartment: Rs. 850 per meal (excluding the cost of groceries) for a maximum of 6 persons in the Deluxe and Premium and 8 persons in the Penthouse.

Chef for your entire stay:
You can have a chef who will cook your Breakfast, Lunch, Tea time and Dinner at your convenience. Whatever you want, at any time with an additional fee of Rs. 4500 per day (excluding the cost of groceries + an additional cost of Rs. 3000 each for Christmas and new year). (A minimum of 5 nights is required).

Breakfast Supplement:
Breakfasts may be offered at a supplement of € 8 Euro per person per day
(Pastries, tea, coffee, milk, yogurt, fruits, bread, butter, jam and fruit juice).

Half board supplement:
A half board supplement is available at: € 30 per adult per day, € 22 per child per day.
