This private vacation rental home is set within a beautiful 2500 m2 (0.62 acre) enclosed private garden with a large swimming pool and exquisite views of the village and the surrounding vineyards of Château Ausone, La Clotte, Pavie, and Pavie-Macquin. The villa sleeps up to 10 guests in five bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. Each spacious room is individually air-conditioned and designed for pure comfort.


Bedrooms

- Bedroom 1:  38m² (400ft²) with luxuriously-appointed 180 x 200cm king-size bed and simple antique furnishings. Spacious bathroom with panoramic view of Saint-Émilion and the villa's gardens.
- Bedroom 2:  27m² (290ft²) north-facing room includes a 160 x 200cm queen-size bed. View of Saint-Émilion’s hilltop monolithic church and uninterrupted view of the village ramparts and the vineyards of Château La Clotte.
- Bedroom 3: 28m² (300ft²) south-facing bedroom with a 160 x 200cm queen-size bed, views of the private garden, pool and the historic chapel of Château Ausone.
- Bedroom 4: 29m² (310ft²) bedroom with a 180 x 200cm king-size bed, bathroom with two-sided views on Saint-Émilion’s 12th century ramparts and the villa's 200 year-old olive tree.
- Bedroom 5: Located in the villa’s south-east corner - 31m² (330ft²) bedroom bathed in sunlight from morning to late afternoon. 160 x 200cm queen-size bed and very spacious bathroom with views of the enclosed garden, pool and the vineyards of Château Pavie, Pavie-Maquin and La Clotte.


Indoors

The house includes a spacious living room and an intimate private study, both with open fireplaces. A thoughtfully designed open-plan kitchen includes all the amenities you need to turn your stay into an epicurean delight – a Lacanche ‘piano’ oven, a wine cellar, two refrigerators, a freezer and second dishwasher. The airy, spacious dining room comfortably seats 12 and offers direct access to the outdoor pergola and beautiful garden.

Other essentials include a laundry room and large room under the stairs to store your luggage, bicycles and purchases.

The villa sleeps up to 10 in five air-conditioned bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and exceptional views. The spacious rooms, ranging from 27 to 38m² (290-400ft²), are designed for pure comfort.


Outdoors

Soak up the sun from the 10 x 4m (33 x 13ft) heated, saline swimming pool and multiple lounge areas. Indulge your competitive spirit on the manicured croquet lawn.
Dine alfresco under one of the villa’s two pergolas or the back terrace. Prepare your meals at the outdoor summer kitchen which comes complete with a plancha.
Private parking for 5 cars is discreetly located in a corner of the property, providing unencumbered access to the historic village located just steps away.


Staff & Services

The price includes honesty bar, welcome pack, selection of wines on the house, linen change and light cleaning every 3 nights, and a full mid-week cleaning of the villa for stays of 5 nights or more. 


Location

At the villa's doorstep lies the historic UNESCO-designated village of Saint-Émilion. Its cobblestone paths, monolithic church, numerous restaurants and wine shops are within a five-minute walk. The classified-growth wineries of Château Ausone, Pavie-Macquin and La Clotte literally surround Pomoeria. Château Pavie, Bélair-Monange, Clos Fourtet and Canon are just a few minutes farther afield.
