Indoors

Lower floor
Besides of the two twin bedrooms and their bathrooms, at this floor you will access the spacious cinema room with comfortable sofa and large screen and the sauna with a shower.

Upper floor
The livign area is located on the first floor of the house : fully equipped kitchen (with granite counter and back splash), living room, dining table give access to a large balcony and the pool area.
You will also find a breakfast bar with 2 stools as well as the lounge with 2 comfortable sofas, Sat TV, DVD player and music centre.
The two other double bedrooms of the villa are on this level. They both open to large balcony with superb views of the Lima river valley and XI century roman bridge.


Outdoors

The outside area features a lovely stone-walled garden with paved courtyard, a large private pool (10x5 m / depth from 1 to 1.8 metres), and shaded vegetable garden area on the lower level just off the pool area.
From the lounge double patio doors open out onto the spacious covered terrace with chunky wooden farmhouse table for dining al fresco, overlooking and leading down to the pool area.

Numerous activies are available right next to Villa Tumin : golf, cycling, hiking/walking, fishing, bird watching, wine and food tasting in private farms, beach, watersports, city center, tennis, horse riding, easy reach of Roman Village
