The house, distributed over two floors, offers a spacious and comfortable accommodation.
The main floor has a sunny living-dining room (with a spectacular panoramic view of the sea with an exit to a pleasant terrace over the pool), a fully equipped kitchen and 3 bedrroms (2 with direct access to the terrace).
The lower level includes a large laundry room and the fourth bedroom (with stunning views, direct access to the garden and separate bathroom).


Outdoors​ 

Around the villa, you'll find 5 small patios and a fantastic mirador. From any point on the property, you'll have an unobstructed view of the sea and the coast. 
You can enjoy a garden, a private pool (6x4m) and a terrace (with views of the pool, garden and sea).

- 1.5 km from the town of Begur with its narrow streets full of boutique shops (that invites you to take a walk and to enjoy the rich gastronomy of the Empordà region in its many restaurants and terraces),
- 3 km from Sa Riera and Sa Tuna beaches, as well as other magnificent beaches in the region (such as Aigua Blava, Aigua Freda, Platja Fonda or Illa Roja).
