This 200 square metres villa is spread over two floors and has comfortable and well-decorated interiors.
Guests will find a large living area with lounge and dining room, and a fully equipped kitchen.
On the ground floor, there are three bedrooms opening onto the outside : one master suite with sea view, shower room and toilet, one bedroom with sea view and shower room, and one bedroom with garden view and shower room. This level also includes a separate toilet.
On the first floor, travellers will find a master suite with sea view, private shower room and toilet.
Outdoors
Thanks to its 3000 square metres, the property offers pleasant and large outdoor spaces well equipped (weber gas barbecue, wooden tables and chairs, garden furniture by the pool...), where guests can fully enjoy the surrounding landscape and nature.
Visitors can appreciate the landscaped garden with an incredible view of sea and the bay of Calvi.
They will find large terraces all around the villa, including a shaded one located at the back.
The villa also has a beautiful heated pool secured by a roller shutter (8 x 4 metres).
