The front door leads to the spacious and charmingly furnished open plan living room and dining area with stunning views to the indigo sea as well as the small kitchenette where guests can enjoy a quick espresso or aperitif.

On this floor there is also a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower all decorated in white and blue nuances giving a navy feel to the atmosphere.

At the beautiful pool terrace residents can enjoy a refreshing swim in the crystalline waters of the pool, relax with an ice cold cocktail as they soak in the everlasting sun while laying on one of the comfy loungers or unwind under the natural shade of the enormous Kedros tree at the secluded sitting area fitted with stone build bed sofas and bamboo furnishings.

The flickering candles and divine aromas of Parisian roses and natural herbs make this corner of the house the perfect spot for intimate moments of relaxation in view of the endless horizon.

The ground level of the house features a fully equipped kitchen for culinary delights. On the lower level, a corridor leads to the three beautifully appointed bedrooms with en suite bathrooms as well as to a single bedroom that could be used as a room for the staff. A full bathroom with shower is situated on this corridor that can serve all three bedrooms of the lower floor. A newly built separate bedroom with a double bed and a private entrance can be used as a room for the staff, as well as for additional guests.
